The room was not worth what I had paid for it looked really nice but the bed sheets were dirty and had a radiator in the room that didn’t work at all they said they couldn’t do anything and then me and my partner went to spa and the water wasn’t wasnt warm at all it was freezing cold and idk what I’ve just paid for so I left around 11 pm if a refund is possible please help

Staff very courteous. All rooms clean and warm. Excellent evening meals. So-so breakfast. Need for overhead shaver lighting in bathroom. Unable to clearly see to shave. Special thanks to maintenance for speedy repair of plumbing fittings under bathroom sink. Disappointment on one day wait for replacement hairdryer. Communication problems between reception and housekeeping?

I was given a nice room at the back of the hotel , but the radiators did not work, it was freezing. There was a small mobile radiator, that did nothing to heat the room. Also there was no telephone either. As I was staying 4 nights ,they did upgrade to a better and warm room.

On my arriv the reception gaveva welcoming greeting .My signingvin was strieght forward and good communication. My room , bed linen and towels are Scrupulously clean and very comfortable , Lovely presentation abd lovely furnishings, everything i need. The staff in every category are so friendly and always give a greeting. Nothing is too much trouble. My stay has been a a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I havecstayed many times over many yrears abd always had a wonderful timevhere and i can truly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here many times before but was extremely disappointed this time . The room we were given we was pleased at the size but it was freezing cold and was given an extra heather which helped . Then there was no hot water to shower so we were moved . Really frustrating when you are only there one night and have to repack again .
