The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking was a dresser of drawers in our room. The rooms only have tables/TV stand so we could not unpack our suitcases

The room was not serviced very well. We only ever had one hand towel between two people. Then when we asked for the room to be cleaned the cups and glasses were left unclean and we only received one hand towel and one bath towel. The window leaked, although it was an exceptionally bad day, it rained all day. But the carpet was wet below the window.
