The room we were initially given had no tea or coffee making items stocked so had to go reception to be given items. Then discovered we had no hot water from the shower, we discovered this when we started to get ready to go out. Manager moved us rooms and reimbursed the price of breakfast as a goodwill. All good in the end.

Stayed here a few times while visiting family in Bradford. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean but this time the daily room refresh looked as if it was done in a hurry. We had to ask for the coffee tray to be refreshed and for toilet roll. The bed was barely touched. The gym was closed and we weren’t notified of this.
