When checking in, receptionist was processing a bill on the PC. That is fine, and after waiting 30 secs to be acknowledged in the first place, was told "won't be a mo". If a mo is just that, then ok, but after 3 minutes and a second attempt at processing the transaction I would have thought a quick "sorry it is taking a bit longer" would go a long was to keeping me from feeling I was hanging around unnecessarily. When finally checking in, impression was I was a bit of an inconvenience to her, albeit that could be because of the first bit above. Overall stay fine but that intial impression was not good.
