Don and Daniel and really everyone there made this stay exceptional! Very clean and quiet hotel, close to many attractions, and easy parking. Amazing restaurant downstairs, nice pool, nice gym, nice view, nothing bad to say about this place. Free trolley into downtown located right behind the hotel is also a nice benefit. This property is in a quiet neighbourhood. I was able to walk on the streets without being fearful!! Accomodation was great. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful!! Genesis was great!!! She checked us in with a wonderful smile and made us feel welcomed!!! Will definitely come back!!!

The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, but the limited parking was a struggle, as I did not want to pay for valet, and the lots next to the hotel did not always have available spaces.

Great cafe in hotel open for breakfast and lunch, sandwiches and drinks, friendly staff. Onsite restaurant didn’t eat there with a bar. No TV in the bar area, wanted to catch some games so had to venture out. Nice pool was clean. Seating around pool plenty but seats needed power washed. Room was clean, bed comfortable. $20 food credit with stay was nice and two free bottles of water. All staff were friendly, smiling, genuinely kind. Trolleywith free rides one street behind the hotel, takes you to the channel district and back with multiple stopping points. About one block east bars, restaurants, cigar shops, ice cream, boutiques, 7/11 so no worry about food or drink options. Chickens running around, protected was comical not quite like key west. Eclectic vibe would stay again.

Great hotel in the Ybor City area

Beautiful hotel. Very kind and helpful front desk staff. Only thing wrong was our room was too cold and the thermostat was incorrect. Stating 77 degrees, but was actually 68 degrees, so I could not get the heater to work. Other than that, beautiful room and loved that we could take the trolley to Amalie. Definitely will stay here again.

All the staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. Unfortunately, after changing our room twice we had to leave. The smell in the rooms was like an intense wet carpet. I don’t think there’s enough time between flipping the rooms for it to dry properly. The window didn’t open so we had to leave. Really beautiful hotel so we were super bummed
