"Incredible Service – A Business Traveler's Dream! After a grueling business travel day arriving after 8:00 p.m., the team at Mona Hotel Montreux completely turned my mood around. I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "
