Great room with a view of the water and mountains. Breakfast buffett is amazing and has everything. Hotel is at Interlaken West train station and comes with free train/bus pass for use within town. TV was modern enough I could stream from my phone. Hotel workers were friendly and informative. I got hot water for my noodles. No cooking items or fridge are in rooms. Just coffee machine.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were really helpful, especially Eduardo, who went above and beyond to assist us. However, the pillows and mattress were quite uncomfortable. My wife is pregnant, and unfortunately, there was very little lumbar or head support, which made it difficult for her to rest properly. Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel with great service — just needs improvement in the bedding comfort.

This hotel was the worst part of our trip. Our room wasn’t clean upon arrival. The front desk staff then got us another room and asked him to inspect the room with me. We both then noticed that room wasn’t clean either. Finally our third room they have chosen ONCE AGAIN not cleaned. I was so uncomfortable at this point I didn’t know what else wasn’t clean in this hotel. The employee himself was so embarrassed and wouldn’t stop apologizing. The hotel manager was absolutely awful!! He didn’t even care to acknowledge my husband and I and just stood there standing. The two front desk employees were the only ones who seemed to try. Nothing was done and they just said “do you want to try another room or we can send someone up to clean one of the rooms you’ve seen”. Please don’t stay here. Interlaken offers so many beautiful and CLEAN hotels. This was an absolute nightmare and set back our vacation.

Wish you could control the air conditioner in the room. Had to sleep with windows open and so did others with very loud kids. Our view out the windows was a closed in box of the building walls. Walls had visible dust on them. Will go to another hotel next time.

Room was too warm and AC stat did not work. Our room was on the train track side and therefore, I would never recommend as it was noisy and we had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room. Additionally, no TV selection and just poor thought put into it.

The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the room attendants as well as the breakfast staff are friendly and attentive. However, the reception staff could benefit from improving their service.
