This property was located next to train and bus station. Inside station was a COOP grocery store for cheaper food options than in town. Half hostel half hotel it was a beautiful property along the river. I highly reccomend this if you are visiting Grindelwald.

This hotel is adjacent to the train station which was particularly nice after a long train ride. Checkin was easy and the gentleman was helpful with recommendations. The room was small but clean and efficient with a great view of Eiger mtn. Wonderful mountain pictures throughout the hotel. Lovely breakfast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even extended it by one day! Loved their breakfast , dining area, and the ability to use washer dryer. Rooms were comfortable and clean with breathtaking spectacular views. Best thing was accessibility to terminal for bus, train and gondola rides!

We had a beautiful view of the Eiger from our room. The breakfast was good and there's a grill next door for easy dining. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. They provided us a free bus pass to Grindelwald town. There's a Migros supermarket and Raifeisen Bank ATM in the train station if you want cash.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain areas. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of options, and all the common areas were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. What stood out most was how much thought had clearly gone into guest comfort. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and designed to make guests feel relaxed and cared for. We genuinely felt well looked after during our stay. One of the few hotels where I felt every dollar was well spent. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grindelwald.
