"I though arriving an hour ahead for a show will be enough time to check in and drop my luggage but not there was not enough atendants, we ended up dropping our luggage at bell to make it on time, when we get out of the show still a really long check in line and another line for the elevators, was too crowded and not enough staff but the ones in there all were polite just need to hire more, the same to use the elevator always crowded."

"The house is exactly as pictured. My parents were staying with us as we traveled to Reno for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. The multilevel property gave everyone the privacy needed. The proximity to Legends Mall is one of the best features. My son was in Scheels sporting store every day. Tons of food options. I’d stay at this home again. Great location with all the comforts of a home away from home. My son loved waking up to the view from the boat bed."

"My family and I were in Reno for a family wedding and rented this gorgeous home for 5 nights. We wanted a place that felt special and would provide good time-out for what we knew would be a busy week. We looked through hundreds of properties for the perfect place and this place stood out for the obvious love and attention-to-detail present in the photos. We could tell we'd be dealing with an owner and not an "investor" and, after years of renting, we understand there's a significant difference in guest experience between the two. Leslie was an extremely responsive host from the beginning. We didn't experience any problems but, if you do, just know that you're not calling in to a management company and being sent to someone's voice mail. With each question we had, Leslie got back to us within minutes. This is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was immaculate and well-supplied. The beds were divine with luxury mattresses and linens. The furniture not only looked good, it was comfortable to sit in and hang-out in with family. They've thought of everything. The location is THE BEST you will find anywhere near Reno. It's a gorgeous place to stay and our favorite moments were our daily walks around the marina (a fabulous coffee shop and the popular Water Bar are just a short walk away). It's even an easy walk to great shopping!! We also loved hanging out at night, enjoying the fire pit with a glass of wine, and watching the sun set. When I tell you this place is fabulous, I mean it!
