All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room cleanliness could have had more attention to detail. There were some blemished on the wood furniture that could have easily been fix with a wood marker. Also, there was very noticeable liquid splatter in several spots on the wood furniture that had not been wiped clean. The bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling, some type of residue on the wall paper next to the sink and around the bathroom door knob there was black marks as if it does not get wiped clean.

A lot of money for the quality. Not enough entertainment for one weekend. Staff was amazing but I thing it was way over priced for the quality! Rib cook off though was good. Great venue. I would say the only thing I didn’t like is I felt like as the weekend went on the ribs felt more mass produced then award winning. But had a good time overall.

Comfy bed, shower broken, bummer.

The stay was just ok. The check-in was nice. It was fast, and the front desk attendant was super sweet. The room was ok. It was spacious and clean. I was able to connect to the wifi for work without any issues. The bed was comfy. Taking a shower was the only issue I had. Unfortunately, I had unpacked, and it was late (just one-night stay). I went to take a shower, and the shower's faucet was broken, so the water came out in a trickle. It was super frustrating. Then, when I mentioned it to the front desk attendant at checkout, he took notes, but there was no apology or compensation (I asked for just a small discount on the room, specifically $20) because it seems like the shower should work. He was very nice, and in no way is it his fault. I waited a few days before submitting the review to see if they would do something nice, but no discount was applied, and no one reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. I travel to Reno frequently and was hoping to find a nice place to return to. I will just keep looking.

This hotel is very noisy. Thin walls. Avoid if you are a light sleeper. The room itself seemed clean, slightly dated, and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom where we stayed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean.
