Clean and comfy room. Self check in did not have correct room reservation nor is it handicap accessible. A staff member at regular check in got it sorted out. There were no signs directing us to handicap parking but when we found it it was easy access to hotel.

They charged us more then what was advertised and when we tried to add a night the supervisor said to nook online and she wouldn't let us have the same room. It was a pain. Later we did find a kid who did help us stay in the same room but it still cost us a lot and they wouldn't give a slight discount for booking again.

My room was clean, though it was missing an iron for my clothes. I was also charged a daily resort fee for room maintenance, yet during my seven-night stay, it was clear that staff didn’t service my room on multiple occasions. If you enjoy a casino atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you — there are multiple gaming areas, plenty of in-house restaurants to choose from, a weekend nightclub, and daily magic shows at the White Rabbit Theater. A few things bugged me, though. The shower pressure felt more like hot needles than a relaxing rinse. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor, which can be distracting and unpleasant for non-smokers. And I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool area was restricted to Infinity members only. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I may explore alternative options in the future.
