There was plenty of parking. It was hard to find there is not a sign and it's very dark down the street to get to property. Otherwise it was fine for an overnight stay.

The staff was wondering. I am not sure what the guy name was but he turned a bad week into a good one. I can express how much I really appreciated his kindness and care during my stay. He made sure everything that was missing was in the room before we returned. He ensured we were comfortable and even taught me how to use the rolling cart. Thank you

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No shower curtain, no towels, reused sheets from previous person, roaches, smoked blunt on the window seal, cigarette burns in the sheets. Slept on top of the sheets since we thought we’d get bed bugs from the bed. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” has never been more true, spend a few more bucks so you don’t have to sleep in this absolute dump.

The parking area is safe. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 3 out of 5. The housekeeping staff doesn’t come to your room at all to see if you need anything at all, nor do they come to change the linens and sheets out, and we've been here for a week.

On the site it states that the room attendants would clean the room one a week. I've been here 3 weeks and nobody has been to clean my room or knocked at my door to see if we needed anything. The roaches are very disrespectful. I'm going to have to find a different location for my last 2 weeks in Shreveport.

I wouldn't know anything about this motel cause my reservation for my room was sold out from underneath me I got there an they told me they had no rooms an i had speak with 3rd party of my booking I wont book a reservation stay at this one again Got in Louisiana for vacation an did not even have a hotel or motel had to drive around a state at dark i had no idea of or known to find me a hotel / motel Thank god i did find one in bossier city Louisiana 🙏 🙌
