Staff was helpful trying to get the TV working. The remote wasn't programed for the TV of our room and we couldn't make it select channels. The desk clerk tried to find one that would work but after trying 5 we just gave up. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I got a call at 2:15 am on my room(204) phone from a guy said he was the front desk manager. He said that I needed to vacate my room on 15 mins because they had american airline pilots that were coming. If I refuse to vacate I would be forceable removed and band from the premises. I had to wake my 94 year old mother to tell her we must leave with no idea where we would go at 2:30am. I call the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone would not work but he just called me on it. The woman who answered at the front desk said it was a hoax.

Was a cold night in the 30's. Set the heat for 73. Still cold in room. Went to 80. Says room temp is 72. Never got warmed up hot tub is warm nit HOT. Bed was good. Room has plenty of space.
