Room smelled like cat urine. The air conditioner did not work. When I made the attendant aware, she stated “We are booked and I can’t help you.” She did not even offer a discount or refund. I did not pay to smell cat urine and sweat. I could have done tha for free by sleeping in the parking lot next to the homeless guy behind the shed at the back right of the property.

We were at breakfast at 7:45 AM and there were no eggs or sausage left. Ended up with a bowl of cereal! Only a few channels on the TV worked (nothing we wanted to watch) the rest were all pixelated! Tried to call the front desk 4 times over a two hour period…calls timed out each time! Left a note at the front desk because the clerk was on the phone for quite some time! Hope it’s fixed before the next person gets that room!

My wife and I have been staying a various La Quinta Inns around the US for many years. Each one has met my expectations and the Shrveport Airport did not disappoint. The room was clean,the bed was soft, the AC cold, the shower hot and the the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We departed early so we were unable to check out the breakfast. I would recommend staying here.

Right away the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the breakfast was great too. I can’t say enough about our stay. I will definitely use them again when in Shreveport.
