Bedding - After lying down to sleep on Thursday (11/27) night, I noticed that there were insects in the bed. I felt them crawling and stinging me. I texted regarding the problem, went to the check in desk and informed them of the issue and was given another room. There was no problem in the second room that I was given. Though the staff member was helpful and friendly, this caused a stressful night and additional work for me to treat my clothing after getting back home to Little Rock. I could feel that there were a few insects on me and I did not want to transfer them to my bed. I hope that this was taken care of for the next guest.

Staff was amazing and the rooms where super clean, the bed mattresses where what you would expect, breakfast was below average and just wasnt much to chose from, but overall we would stay here again if needing to visit the area again.

Big room, comfy bed, good coffee, and nice workout area. The best part of breakfast was the coffee. No room service, so we didnt want to take towels to the front desk for exchange. Thankfully, we had enough for both of us. Loud AC, so disruptive to sleeping. Close to shopping.

The pictures make this hotel look much nicer than it is. When we arrived I noticed that the lobby had a stale smell. No effort to really try to make it smell nice. When we got to our room I went to turn on the air and noticed that the unit had mold in it. The room didn't smell clean...again stale and probably had been smoked in. The bathroom had double doors that didn't lock or even shut all the way. The stark white walls and popcorn ceiling just looked very uninviting. We laid down for a few minutes to rest and the beds felt very worn. I guess you get what you pay for. We ended up having to leave because of bad weather coming in and not wanting to have to drive back. However, we both began sneezing and having issues on the way back...maybe because of the mold in the vent.
