There was a roach that fell out of our towels and washcloth. I will say at first when we reported it the front desk staff wanted proof so brought down the cloth with the roach inside. Liz who was part of the evening staff was very kind and asked if we wanted her to send up someone to spray in the room, At least she was trying to give some hospitality and resolve. We checked out the next morning.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my breakfast waffle was delicious. I enjoyed using the elliptical machine in the gym. An added bonus was eating dinner at the Waffle House next door. The La Quinta is affordable. I would stay again.
