The first room we were given didn’t have working keys. I returned to the front desk and was given new keys. Returned to the room to find a single King bed, not the 2 queens we had booked. Returned to the front desk and was issued a new room. Went to the new room only to find it was already occupied. Returned to the front desk. Was finally given a room on another floor that was ready. It took 65 minutes from arrival to receive new room. It was New Year’s Day, and the hotel was under staffed, so I know they were doing the best they could, but we were never offered even a bottle of water while we dragged our luggage from room to room. Won’t stay here again.

The room was just ok. The bedroom door drug the floor. There was a dirty bath towel hanging in the closet. The shampoo bottle was empty and the bottles for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was at least 6 ft. in the air. (Not exaggerating)
