I’m so thankful for the warm welcome my family and I received during our first visit to Puerto Rico. The staff’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and the property itself was beautiful, with a stunning view of El Yunque in the distance and easy access to a relaxing beach. We loved the gorgeous pool, delicious food and drinks, and the kindness of everyone who helped us throughout our stay. At night, we enjoyed hearing the coquis, watching iguanas roam the grounds, and experiencing the vibrant Puerto Rican culture firsthand. This trip gave us a once-in-a-lifetime memory that I will cherish and look forward to sharing with loved ones. Beautiful place to stay. Has every convenience you can think. Friendly staff and clean room. Note: it does take about 10 mins to get out and onto hwy so plan for extra travel time. Also be ready for daily resort and parking fees on top of what you pay at time of booking. All that being said, 5 star place to stay and well worth it.

My family and I love the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. We had wonderful stay at this family-friendly beachfront property! The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach with stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort offered plenty of activities for both kids and adults, from the pool and kids’ club to a romantic setting. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

This place is super clean and everyone is super friendly. The rooms are huge and clean and the bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It does not disappoint. The beach is beautiful a little rocky but nice and clean. The pools are good too. Beautiful resort, well kept and we will definitely be back. Thank you

I loved this resort; they are amazing! Great pools, restaurants, and amazing customer service. The rooms are great and comfortable. I have no complaints and can’t wait to return. The staff is the best.

The resort was great but the Nector, and 787prime restaurant was closed whilewe werethere. Also we wanted to take the paddle boards or kayaks out and no we couldn't do that either but thankfully we new the area pretty well and wasn't are first time on the island but i still give it 4 stars
