Overall, this is a lovely property with an excellent location and convenient beach access—definitely the highlight of my stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable; however, mine did have an unpleasant odor that was noticeable upon arrival. The pools are relatively small, but they were never overcrowded, and since I preferred spending my time at the beach, this was not a concern.
Unfortunately, I did experience an issue with a missing item. I suspect it may have fallen on the floor during housekeeping, so I reached out to management via email after my stay in case it had been found. Regrettably, I never received a response, which felt dismissive and disappointing.
Additionally, I was surprised to learn that there is a $30 fee to heat up leftover food from breakfast or brunch. That seemed excessive for such a simple request and diminished the overall guest experience.
Despite these concerns, the property itself is beautiful, with a prime beachfront location and stores within walking distance, which truly make it the highlight of the stay.
