The staff were amazing. But never once was our room cleaned and when we just asked for new towels to shower with we were told they’d come and never did. Also, every time we flushed I had to take the top off the toilet and fix it because the chain was broken. If I didn’t fix it the toilet would run for hours.

What a great deal you get the same resort amenities as Embassy suites without the price Staff at Aquarius were helpful let us check bags early and get to the fabulous pool A little too crowded with little kids but still found relaxing space on our own Beautiful swimming beach Also Clean Safe Quiet

It was an okay stay. There was a lot of noise though. They seem to be renovating. The pool was great my daughter enjoyed it. Bring earplugs they worked wonders for me. Overall an okay experience.

Unfortunately out flight was 6 hours late and we only got to sleep here. We never got to see or enjoy the outdoor amenities. The positive - was the staff, the size of the room and the in room amenities. The negative - there was a strong smell of mildew or something in the hallway and in the room. The room seemed old. Even the sheets were fraying. There was no breakfast included and it was pricey. The parking was almost non existent and when you are let in through the gates we were not told to drive all of the way to the end and turn right, opposite the casino. At 4 am it would have been nice to know.

Staff was unprepared did not get my room key for about 1 hour later. My second room which I did Not even enter was not provided until 2 hours later. No towels for pool area no towels in the rooms. The rooms were very outdated. Things were very dirty. If not, it was broken stop seeing very upset not very helpful and had very bad attitudes. paid for two rooms and only used one..

The room was very dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were mosquitoes inside, and the safe was not working. There were no blankets provided, and even the phone in the room to call the front desk was not working. We reported all of these issues immediately. The staff was aware but did nothing to fix them. We contacted the front desk in person and by email and waited for hours with no help. The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. We even called Expedia to complain, and they could not get a response from the property either. We booked this place based on the pictures and reviews, but it was nothing like what was advertised. The property is dirty and poorly managed. We asked to cancel the same day because of the conditions, but they refused to let us cancel. Our vacation was completely ruined. DO NOT GO THERE
