Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience.

This was a lovely hotel, with a beautiful beach and pool area. The rooms were spacious and felt like a home away from home. The staff was always helpful and gracious with recommendations, and the on-site Mahi Mahi Bar & Grill had a surprisingly large menu and great service. I will miss waking up, grabbing a freshly made fruit punch with breakfast burrito, and after a full day, hitting up the jacuzzi and cold plunge before bed.

Staff would make it a big issue if you asked for toilet paper and towels. I’d have to ask for them multiple times throughout the day just to get 2 of each over the span of 7 hours. Staff was very rude when we asked questions about the area and places to visit (restaurants, sightseeing, etc.)

Plenty to do here! Right on the beach, big pool, 2 hot tubs, beachside bar and restaurant, out door games to play like corn hole, ping pong, volley ball also some indoor games plus a small gym! Rooms were spotless with a balcony that overlooked the pool and beach. This place was relaxing and beautiful!!!
