Safe didn’t work, reported several times but never fixed. Room temp was 16.5 c tried to set for heat told at desk heat was not an option. Told to set on vent but temp temp never improved. Called for blankets which they brought up right away. Our friends also stayed at the hotel in different rooms with the same temp issue.
