"Due to the construction, we had no air conditioning, and our room was 80 degrees overnight and no functioning window to open. Also, pool, exercise room and breakfast area were all closed. They did move us the second night, but in my opinion the rates should have been discounted for the inconveniences."

I do not recommend that anyone ever stay at this hotel unless they want to be treated like they are less than human. This is not a resort of any kind. It is literally a Chuck E. Cheese pizza with clowns working."

"The staff was very helpful, nice beyond comfort in attentiveness. Overall it holds its name as the comfort of all suites. If you need a place to rest, with affordability, the king suite is by far the best, with a spa, and bed that’s hard to compete. "
