"I was told at 3:30 check in on 07/25/2020 by the young front desk woman that they overbooked and didn’t have the room I reserved. I was told that she had another room that was smaller had one less bed but more expensive that I could have. But she had to have it cleaned. It was 4ish and the room wasn’t cleaned. She told me to leave my number and she would call me when it was ready. In the meantime my daughter needed to change and get ready for the beach which we could not do while we waited. I was called about 530 to come back and she said it was a glitch in the system and that she had the original room. I was pretty upset but got the key. We were not able to go to the beach because they had gotten too late. I was also not told that we had to make reservations for the small Jacuzzi that they had I was not told anything not about the Continental breakfast nothing. We came back from grabbing something to eat. Went to the Jacuzzi and was told by the people there that we need a reservation. We went in and tried to make a reservation where I was told by the same lady that they had no openings until tomorrow when we were going to leave. This place is a joke very poorly ran horrible customer service and the most awful experience I have ever had in my entire life. They literally ruined our family trip"
