"We stayed at this East Mesa property for four weeks from mid-February to Mid-March. It was a welcome change from the cold Midwest. Everything went well. The property is very clean and the pictures on the website provide an accurate overview of the property. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay; we rarely heard noise from any of the other units. The property is very close to the 202, which was great for getting around the city. The negatives (I really hesitate to even use the word negatives because we knew about these things before we stayed) but all bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper level of the condo, so we found ourselves running up & down the stairs quite a bit; and the neighborhood pool is not heated, so the water was too cold for swimming in February-March. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Perfect condo and location for us, just as described, clean and quiet. Enjoyed the pool area (hopefully the association will be getting more pool chairs though) and everything about the condo and back patio. Enjoyed all the kitchen utensils and extra small appliances the condo had, made cooking our own food super easy!"

"The house was amazing! 12 slept very comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard was perfect for the kids, they loved the pool. The only hiccups were 1. We had 4 large trucks and it was very hard to get them in the garage. 2. Almost all the batteries in the remotes were dead. And 3. We had no hot water with no water pressure. But we were able to get a hold of the property manager and they sent someone right over who fixed it. After that the showers were fabulous!!! We will definitely book here again."
