Clean rooms, friendly staff great breakfast. I have small kiddos and always love staying here when visiting family in AZ. Highly recommend if you are a family traveling.

All the rooms only have double beds. You should have queen beds in this day and age if you expect 2 people to be able to share 1 bed. The rooms were otherwise fine except the sink had an odd sewer smell. I didn’t appreciate the $200 room deposit. That’s kind of absurd when other places only take a $50 incidental charge. There’s not even a minibar in the room that could trigger additional charges. One of the best things was that the hotel was easy access to the freeway. So overall a decent place. But the bed size and the excessive deposit I probably would choose a different location to stay next time I’m in town.

This is a perfectly fine budget - plus property. Clean comfortable room. Good bed, good shower, closet with hangers, actual drawers, a good hot breakfast with all the basics. Coffee, juices, cereals, yogurts, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles. Staff friendly, housekeeping excellent. Again, nothing fancy but perfectly acceptable. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars for a budget property is that there are LITERALLY no USB ports in the rooms. Thankfully I bring my own, just in case. But this needs to be fixed by Best Western ASAP.

Hotel wasn’t brand new but it was clean, great staff, great water pressure, nice hot shower, amazing king bed and nice pillows. Liked the new laminate floors instead of carpet. The price was great, awesome location! We were close to mesa airport, within walking distance of a mall, Cheesecake Factory and many other restaurants and shopping. That was appreciated when we needed to kill time and had no car. My only complaint was the card reader at the desk. It wasn’t working and charged our card 5 times for the deposit! Staff said they were not great machines so maybe it’s time to upgrade. All the charges dropped off within a couple days. I left this card reader feedback for management. We would definitely stay here again.
