I loved the hot tub outside of my window, it made an excellent way to keep an eye on my sleeping toddler while still having a chance to relax. Staff was amazing the only thing that made it only a 4 star is there were some minor damages in the room that were a little inconvenient but didn't ruin the stay. I brought it up to the staff and they fixed what they could immediately and made a report for what they couldn't. Beds are a little noisy having a metal frame but we're super comfortable. Overall a great stay and excellent service. Will stay again if I'm not camping!

We stayed in Rm#233. the toiled overflowed and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby. We went downstairs to complain, Pattie, the manager on duty, just handed us a plunger and said no maintenance persons were on duty this weekend. Told her we were not plumbers and she did not offer another room so we checked out first thing in the morning
