6 out of the 8 staff that we interacted with were extremely personable and provided great customer service! The breakfast had several options (The only downside about breakfast was that the coffee was REALLY hot and the cups were too hot to hold as there were no sleeves a ailsble.) The pool and hottub were nice additions. A large mall was right across the road. Several dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very safe area. Convenient access to many area attractions as well as the airport.

The staff was nice, however the manager gave attitude and was making check in difficult. It took us an hour to get checked in and they still called us back down after we were already asleep from a 5 hour trip. We were told we would get a room with a king bed and got a room with two full beds. Breakfast was decent, probably would not stay there again.

I had picked to pay at the hotel, they charged me for both rooms before arriving anyways, they would not let me pay for two rooms on the same card and required both rooms that i reserved to each have a $200 deposit that I still have not gotten back, we had to cancel one reservation and pay for the other room without getting reimbursed first. It was an utter nightmare checking in.

Staff customer service attitudes were very good and hotel general condition was all fine. But the hotel as a whole is basic (no workout facility and room felt smallish. Bathroom was an enclave, just enough room for the toilet and shower was just enough for one person. Sink was separate, exterior). Room was clean and bed was fine. - Surrounding area where hotel is located is a large shopping center, which has certain advantages.

I did not stay here. I made a mistake and booked the stay for the wrong night. When I realized it I was 2 hours past my grace period and then spent 1.5 hours trying to get help on Expedia to hopefully change the reservation to the very next day. When I finally got to speak with a Tammy the manager she said they would not be able to make the change and I would be charged for the room in full, especially considering I booked with them third party. I will not be using this chain in the future.
