The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly.

Room service was fast and the food was delicious with enough in each order to share. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful patio and view. It was easy to make dinner reservations and we enjoyed every restaurant on site. It was easy to find our way around the property. We had a wonderful time! We ate at both the Bourbon Steak House and Toro and the staff went above and beyond to make our evening such an event. Especially the Bourbon Steak House. We had fantastic service and the food was great! Such a fun night. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting having our coffee on the balcony. The furniture in the room did seem worn for the price of the stay but everything else was great.
