"The pool was a little chilly but refreshing on a hot day. Everything else was perfect. New hotel with a friendly staff. Everything was clean and fresh. "

"We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). The staff informed us they were sold out, no other rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia, Expedia blames the hotel. I’m not sure where the money spent on the larger room went?? The pool was cold (it says heated) and the lobby spelled very bad. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the staff and customer service were very, very bad. "

"Very surprised to show up and find out there was a complimentary buffet for dinner and breakfast and the restaurant was open late if we got hungry after buffet was over. Staff was very pleasant to talk to and informative. Pool was heated but unfortunately the kids didn’t get to use it, due to scheduling but it’s always nice to know about the pool if you have time to use it. Facility was very nice and rooms were very comfortable. Definitely going to stay here again!"

"Fantastic for extended business travel. A lot of "extended stay" hotels in PHX metro area are pretty seedy. This one was a most pleasant surprise. SUPER staff (highly solicitous and really friendly), clean property and room, great workout room, comfortable bed, and conveniently located right by the I-17/101 interchange."

"The room was fine for what I needed. Bed creaked hen I move which was annoying. Room at end of hall near entrance and stairs was noisy when people entered. Close to several breakfast options nearby. "
