There was a very strong chemical smell. I asked if someone could check it out. No one came. Then the smoke alarms came on twice. Then I finally asked for a new room. By then it was 1 am.

Room was ok, comfortable bed. The water temp in the room was slightly warm. Room had a jacuzzi tub, but before the water reached the level of the jets there was no more slightly warm water. None of this ended up mattering as the jacuzzi tub wasn't working anyway. Second night neighbors in next room sounded like Jerry Springer show live until around 1:00am. Staff was friendly and security responded to my call about neighbors quickly. Overall, the resort didn't live up to the price or my expectations. Left and went to stay at a Sure Stay which is much cheaper and the room at Sure Stay actually has hot water.

This is not a 4 star. This is a 2.5 star. If you book with that intention - you will be fine: - noisy road 2 lanes each way bus 5am-7pm - never really saw the golf course - we faced the parking lot - this hotel (not resort) is in suburbia - not out in the open - they sent us to a room with people in it already - instead of apologizing and finding us a new room - they were more interested in who was in the room - asked for more towels and shampoo - they did not send - asked for more coffee - they were out - tvs are no name - watching playoff football was pixelated and grainy. - room was spacious and decorated like the 1980s

I stayed here with family. Our suite was on the second floor and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and professional. It did not appear as high end as other resort locations however the rooms were large and clean. The resort was more laid back and family oriented. The golf course was also nice. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our room, a studio had torn sheer curtains. Holes in the light shades. Three light switches didn’t do anything. Bed was okay. However, the bathroom was nice and clean. I think the grounds were beautiful. Enjoyed the hot tub and walked around.

It was very nice, but the mattress was a little broken down, the right sink wasn’t draining properly, and the plaster in the jucuzzi tub was peeling. Nothing fatal and would stay there again for the great price!
