Compare Hotels with Airport Transfers in Rancho Mirage

"The room was very clean and the bed was OK. I realize this is a budget Motel but when I’m paying over $220 a night for a budget Motel, I would expect at least there to be some outlets and charging ports on the nightstand by the beds. This is the year 2026 and all travelers need those charging ports. "

"When I booked this room through Hotels.com, there was no disclosure of construction. After checking into Aqua Caliente, I was placed in a 4th floor room facing the roof of the casino next to a commercial construction elevator, with HVAC equipment outside measuring close to 90 dB, making the balcony unusable. There was a notice in the room acknowledging construction, but this was never disclosed at booking. I spoke with the front desk manager who refused to move me and was rude and unhelpful."

"We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)"

"Great location. Very quiet although near heavy traffic area.All systems worked as designed. Easy check in. Extra computer monitor was very useful as it could be connected to a small screen laptop. Floors and countertops could be a little cleaner. Overall, a very pleasant stay. "

"The Staff across the board were excellent. Our Room was great in everyway, but there was an Event Planner (maybe Chinese New Year)working next door everyday including Sunday and we had Office noise and Interviews heard through the joining Suite Door. Nights after 6:00 p.m. were okay but this morning they woke us up with conversations at 7:00 a.m.. I knocked on the door and asked if they could please be quiet and they did try to be quiet after that but the damage had been done. At over $1100 per night, it is overpriced. Alaska Air has a flight path with a steady stream of planes right by the Hotel, sometimes five planes within 30 minutes or less. It is a noisy place and we will not stay there again."
