"Love the hotel and the amenities, the only thing is there was not enough railings with stairs to the adult swimming pool making it difficult to get in and out also the stairs inside the pool by the pool bar are curved which is dangerous and hazardous to people who are expecting regular stairs on the beach club area the sand was uncomfortable and dangerous and should be cleaned regularly because there were sharp stones which could have cut my feet if I hadn't been watching where I was stepping even wearing shoes the stones got inside, so wearing or not wearing shoes it was uncomfortable and dangerous The staff who checked us in wasn't very helpful in providing information about the floors the restaurants and amenities were in which made us late to our reservation the 1st night with the staff being rude and saying they would cancel the reservation even though it wasn't clear all of the towers didn't connect The person who restocks the snacks didn't come in daily and so I didn't have creamer and sugar for my coffee every day and they left the door open one day when they restocked the room."
