Room Furniture is cloth material and was soiled with human stains of some sort, redish? Had to ask Housekeeping for sheets to cover all Seating and also the comforters on the beds. The decor pillows and decor on bedding was stored on top of one of the seating due to not being clean, the bathroom sink faucet would not turnoff when you would use the bathroom sink faucet to turn off. Was on the second floor of the newer building and also had a view and pools look very murky and not clean pool water due to the daily usage. Need a BETTER Pool Service at the end of day!!! Pools still look Murky Water (NOT CLEAN) and guests kids still jump in and use when pool servicers finish brushing the pool. Not giving me a good reason to return due to the lack of care to rooms and pools along with beach chairs by pool look very stained and NOT cleaned at the end of the use of day. Sorry for the TRUTHFUL comments, though I think something needs to be said so Management can do something about the Hotel which has GREAT SERVICE of STAFF though LACK OF MAINTENANCE TO FACILITY IN IT'S ENTIRETY.

Staff is the star of the stay at this resort - Brianda, Chew, Adrian, Jamie, Vanessa, Alfonso - outstanding! Equinox bar and pool - well worth the extra, if not for this area and the staff I don't know if we would return. Definitely need at least one other food option for evening meals - fine if your only staying a week, anything over that we were looking for other options!

The room didn't work because on the 3rd and 4th floors no Wfi. I reported a leak in my bathroom Thur still leaking when I check out. When i check in i was not giving any itinerary so i couldn't organize myself, and the bracelet i was given i was told went anywhere untill i tried to go to the roof. I never had a massage.

The room was nice and always clean. Good mattress’s and pillows. Staff bent over backwards to please us. Curtious, happy and VERY FRIENDLY. There are negatives. Very small property. No where to walk. Only around the pools. Sun doesn’t get to the only side you sit at until one or two in the afternoon. By that time it’s really hot. So that was bad. Not enough restaurant choices fir food better than the buffet. We ate in the Italian restaurant lots of times. It was the best good. A good place for families. Not sun lovers.

This was truly the best vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely unreal — a huge variety, outstanding quality, and every meal felt special. A big thank you to the head chef and to everyone working in the restaurants and bars — your work made this experience unforgettable. The location is simply perfect. One of the most beautiful bays in Puerto Vallarta, with stunning views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were incredible — spacious, modern, extremely comfortable, and spotless. Everything was designed for relaxation and comfort. This place has it all: amazing food, exceptional service, breathtaking views, and unforgettable vibes. We will absolutely come back here again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Rooms were clean, staff was wonderful and friendly, views were AMAZING! Lots of whale watching from our balcony. Drinks were great! Bartender Adrian at the pool bar was a drink artist. Food was ok. Not much seasoning used, so it was pretty bland. Italian resturant was the best place for dinner, but we did end up having some wonderful food at a restaurant in the city center.
