The Barceló experience was amazing! We were greeted by amazingly helpful and friendly staff. We were able to arrange pickup and tours with the hotel in advance and the room and service was amazing!! The best bartenders in the world!

This is a wonderful resort. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed every minute. The grounds are amazing, the staff are beyond lovely, and our room was large and comfortable. The front desk team and concierge ladies were very helpful. The entertainment team were terrific! We dined at all the restaurants, and had a terrific experience at each one, as well as the buffet. The nightly entertainment was fun, and very well done. This is a wonderful resort, and we will definitely be back! Thank you very much, Barcelo for making our vacation so special.

Beautiful views! Several pools to use and more than enough loungers. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There was nightly entertainment and various activities throughout the day. For excursions go see Captain Jack, he is right as you go onto the beach, he is amazing! You can walk around the village there are some shops and restaurants right as you leave the resort. Ala carte restaurants had delicious food, the buffet was ok. We felt safe here and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all wonderful! Will be back for sure.

Beautiful resort, staff was very pleasent. Lots of chairs around the pools and the cleanliness was great. The food was good but not great. The special restaurants weren't that great as the food was cold. But otherwise the location was beautiful.

Some of the activity staff was amazing. Food and waiters were not the most impressive. Building was clean and well cared for. The set up for booking restaurants was not very well put together. Unless you are premium you have to book your dinner reservations every single day. And if you get there and don’t wait in line at the opening time you won’t be able to get the reservation. Also the buffet food I would give a 2 out of 5. It was pretty disappointing.

Nice suite, very spacious and with modern and convenient bath rooms. We got one shower and one bath tub. Very clean pools and beach with white sands, with close walking access. But no drink service at the beach and no luxury sun beds. Not a lot of options of dining. Steakhouse is the best, and then the Spanish restaurant. The sushi and Italian restaurants are a pass. This is the first resort (we’ve been in 5 here) that the staff doesn’t greet you.

Service was excellent. From crassanda at the front desk to Moises the server by the pool. Mayra and David did a great job at the cantina bar. Oscar was a delight at la fuente. There was a lack of places to get coffee. Premium lounge was very confusing. I was told by ceaser at the lounge I could not take any food or drink or but yet he encouraged us to take drinks and food or the next day.
