According to the pictures & info we got this deal but, our building was too far from the beach & the beach was too small with rocks & not for swimming. Very disappointed.

We had a good time staying at Garza Blanca. Overall I would rate it a 3 out of 5 . It definitely doesn’t have that many activities so if you have children I wouldn’t recommend staying here . The beach is a bit rocky which can be uncomfortable. If you are staying on the lower ground I definitely would recommend to stay on the second floor . We had a rat in our room on our last night and it definitely bummed us out . Food was great , service was okay (seemed slow compared to other resorts that we stayed in ).

It was a nice place, the only issue was the time share folks were harassing us for hours on end called up 10 times in the morning and were relentless. They need to know it's on our time not their time we are on vacation not a service. They had the service backwards and were terrible.

The resort has great pool and snorkeling area. The 2 things disappointing are: 1, the kids club. It is super small. Like super small. So there is not attractive to kids and the activity and management is pool. 2. There are only 2 restaurants taking kids and one is far so we basically stay for one restaurant for the whole trip which is so sick to eat the same food over and over again. There are 5 restaurants but three of them are adult only. Which is not family friendly at all. I really think these two parts need to change

The property is beautiful and has everything you need within walking distance. All staff is super kind and helpful and all restaurants are delicious. The only downside was during checkout when they attempted to charge us for premium WiFi (around $250) and did charge us for the on demand movies when it states on their website it is included on the all inclusive plan.

Hotel staff did not do a good job with check-in experience. While we did arrive before check in time, we were still promised that I won’t be ready within an hour a lot of back-and-forth between front desk and valet, ultimately resulting in not checked in to room until hour after check-in time. No concierge service to greet us. No one explained the layout. No one explain the hotel room keys. No one explained where our room was located. because of this I would not be a repeat customer. Ultimately the staff reasoning was because they assumed we were part of a huge wedding party, which we explained to them at check-in we were not.
