Hotel Mousai was a true escape from everyday life. Everything felt sincerely luxurious, from the stunning rooms (there truly isn’t a bad view in the building) to the incredible food selection and quality. It's a nice hotel. Some of the best room I've been in Mexico. Food and service is great. Not crazy about the drinks but it will do fine. The place is beyond dead at night. Generally speaking there is nothing to do there except sitting by the pool, it's a really quiet hotel.

Absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience. The room was massive and the views were incredible. The staff is so kind and helpful. From the minute we arrived we felt so welcomed. The resort was very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Any and everything we needed was taken care of in minutes. I know why it’s a 5 star diamond resort and will absolutely be back.
