Room was horrible condition. Old and scratched furnitures. Had the name of Hilton but not the quality whatsoever. Staff was rude and slow. Catered to more of their own people and color of choice. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. Food was always cold and never severed in a timely fashion. Every dinner we went to took over two hours because staff was short and overwhelmed. Appetizers like soup and salad would take over 30 minutes to be brought. Would never recommend this to resort to anyone. I am also very disappointed in Expedia’s rating of this resort and giving it a four star. Headquarters of Expedia need to send more qualified individuals to evaluate the properties and give it the correct ratings that they deserve. I have been a valuable customer of Expedia for over two decades and was not expecting this type of property for a four star rating nor recommendation.

Overall our stay was fantastic. The food and service some of the best for an all inclusive we have experienced. However the front desk staff is understaffed, overwhelmed, and in general not well trained. Or polite at times. Understand it’s the busy season but recommend providing guests with a detailed receipt prior to departure in order for guests to review and take care of the double charges. The billing on the website and at the property do not sync up for many charges including cabanas. We were triple charged and it took a lot of time and effort to receive a refund. Despite this, it was a great stay overall.

Front desk staffs are not friendly and I felt uncomfortable. I mistakenly set the number of people to stay and they charged $300 per day, which is more expensive than the normal price. I meant if I set the number of people when I booked, the price may be lower than this. Btw, I asked them how to calculate $300 per day, and they just said it’s company’s policy. But the first offer was $450 and then they said $400, and then $300 after I complained. I couldn’t trust the staffs. And again, I felt unkindness.
