We stay for three days they never cleaned the room or change the bed. The pool was dirty green and the access to property is so far from everything else. We were not able to get an Uber to take us out of the property. I will not recommend it for a tourist location. The Jacuzzi was so full of chemicals that we have to get out immediately because the skin was burning. The apartment was in front of the pool that have no many blinds and two of the sliding doors so it’s like being in a store where everybody can see inside.

Definitely a beautiful place.. Francisco made us feel like home.. if you want to relax while being in a serene location.. look no more. Puerto Morelos is nearby and lots to do nearby.. highly recommended!

Everything was very clean, staff very responsive and accommodating. The view is glorious- it’s a hidden gem. You won’t regret booking. Only small knock is the lack of consistent hot water. We went on a girls trip and had such a wonderful time- 100% would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Nice and quiet.we would definitely come again. Reception somewhat spotty and pool could use a very thorough clean. You cannot really swim right in front- very rocky,but we had a rental car to take us to beaches.very good value for money.
