"This place is a good option for a budget resort, I'll say that. The beach was great and the pool was good...there are some nice dinner options just across the street, as well as some fun activities (bowling, casino, go carts, golf and pickleball) - most of which we did not get to experience because apparently they were only open on certain days.
The reason why I would not recommend this place - the service. One night we wanted room service, but when we called it just rang and rang, no one ever picked up! When we called the front desk they said they'd reach room service and have them contact on, it never happened. And this was on a Tuesday night. We ordered chicken tenders at the pool bar, they took an HOUR on a slow evening...and then they didn't even offer to take them off the bill. Lots of little things like that throughout our stay. Again, fine for a budget stay, or if you need a home base, but definitely not a luxurious resort feel."
