The outside was great once the chairs/umbrellas were replaced. The rooms need updating. Get rid of nasty carpet that smells like mildew! Most of the outlets did not work by the bedside.

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel, despite having a fully paid reservation for five nights. On the first night, our flight was delayed. The hotel called us, and we informed them clearly that we would arrive the next morning instead. When we finally arrived, we were shocked to be told by Israel at the front desk, who was quite haughty and unhelpful, that there was no room available for us. At that point, my 13-year-old daughter was exhausted from traveling and had no place to rest — she literally had to lie down on the hallway floor while we tried to sort things out. This was completely unacceptable. The manager, Nadia, eventually told us that we would receive a room after checkout time, but we had to wait around 7 hours before a room was finally given to us. This was after we had already paid in full and had done nothing wrong. This is the first hotel we booked for this trip, and it was extremely frustrating to discover that they had overbooked their rooms and failed to honor our reservation. While I acknowledge that once we finally had a room everything else was okay, the stress, exhaustion, and lack of care at the beginning of our stay completely overshadowed that. I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handle overbookings and how little consideration they showed for guests — especially families with children — who had a valid, paid reservation.

Blankets were not clean and was dark on the edge showes itcwas not washed for a while. They alway ran out of coffee and did not charge the coffee set . Overal the quality was like a 3 star hotel. Also they charge us for the resort fee and parking while they did not mention in their website . They also ran out of room and pool towel .

Great service! Welcoming staff. Disappointed that the large pool had been drained for most of our stay at the hotel and that parking was an additional cost. The extra fees were closer to $200, an unexpected cost.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay booked through Expedia. The conditions at this property were unacceptable and completely disrupted our vacation. I am writing to document the issues we experienced during our stay formally. The rooms were severely outdated, and the sofa beds were in such poor condition that they felt unsafe to sleep on, despite being charged for their use. We requested a room change once; however, even after relocating, the issues continued. We experienced ongoing electrical problems, including flickering lights, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the microwave was old, poorly maintained, and unusable, and the toilet did not flush properly, requiring frequent maintenance visits. These repeated problems caused continuous disruption throughout our stay. This resort is absolutely not suitable for vacation stays and should not be promoted or recommended on Expedia in its current condition. The quality falls far below what was advertised and what Expedia customers reasonably expect. Our vacation time and money were wasted due to constant disruptions and substandard accommodations.

The hotel and surrounding area was nice. The description of the beach area was a little despective. It was very rocky and seaweedy. The free breakfast was good but they closed at closing time exactly. Many morning we waited in line for over 15 miutes to get a made-to-order item so even if you had been standing in line for made-to-order items before closing, you did not get the item. We appreciated the extras, holiday drink, water daily, room cleaning daily.

The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was large with a sea view and a sofa bed and kitchenette. It was very clean with plenty of towels a lovely bed and bedding. However the room was old, dated and a door was hanging off the kitchen cupboard! The sofa bed was old and uncomfortable which squeaked every time a movement was made during the night. The view was good, but it looked over a very dirty unkempt area. The pool area was large with plenty of space and free towels but we had to RENT the sun loungers and umbrellas! This is a resort there shouldn’t be an extra cost for something that you need to sit around the pool on. The beach front was ok but the shore line is very pebblely so you do need shoes to go on it and into the sea. The free drinks were a nice touch in the evening with some corn chips. We ordered a meal at the restaurant in the centre of the lobby, it wasn’t very busy and we only ordered a few items. We waited for around 45 minutes for it to arrive and when it did it was cold! We did get offered to have it made again for us with around a 20 minute wait but declined and we weren’t charged. Other diners may have a different experience to us but it was disappointing.

Everyone was so nice. Wish tgi outdoor bar area was open later. Some board games or cards too wouls be nice to have out after dinner to use in the kitchen area when hanging out
