While the property is being kept clean, there are maintenance issues eg. leaking bathroom faucet, bathroom door not sliding shut, the elevator was not working for a bit etc. Breakfast is basically the same thing each day. We had no internet for 2 days and electricity went one night but there was a generator. On a brighter note, the front staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The room is cleaned daily and the beds are comfy. The coffe was good. 😜 However, when we did complain, we were offered Hyatt points but are not members so we asked for something more tangible and was told we would be refunded one night stay. All in all because of the courteous service and empathy shown, we would stay at Hyatt again.

was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. Recommend some sort of entertainment in the evenings and maybe a happy hour to encourage a more entertaining ambiance
