I liked the rustic aesthetic. Not ideal for families of kids but solo travelers and couples may like it. AC units were faulty and leaked. Towels and beach towels provided were small and lightweight. No consistent staff on premises. Remote customer service was available but not having a physical presence made a difference. Loud patrons take away from the chill feel. Some rooms are much better equipped and furnished than others of the same model which was weird.

Super clean, spacious, and modern. No staff present, but they are easy to reach by phone without any waiting. Very secure and safe. You have a main gate for cars, lobby door with code, and room door with code. Pros: Spacious room Clean Good service Super comfortable bed + pillows Large balcony Cons: Low water pressure Shower does not get super hot. Just luke warm

There wasn’t hot water and we found a cockroach on the ground. I understand we are near the forest but did not compare to pictures. Nice TV and Bed but with the concrete floor it was extremely unappealing.

Quite place, but there was no hot water. Which we brought it to the staff attention, but nothing was dine regarding the matter. Also the pressure of the shower was extremely minimum.
