The people were nice and the plaza across the way was beautiful, but the overall experience was lacking. My windows were 8 feet up and tiny glass squares, there was no real hit water and i could hear everything going on downstairs. While it was an interesting experience and i dont regret staying, I have no interest in returning if I'm back in the area.

The staff was amazing, very helpful, and always accomodating! Rooms are cute and clean, gets a little noisy outside but very good hotel.

the staff was not nice, all day games are on people can come in and go anywhere in the hotel the workers aren’t interested in the guess rather in putting makeup n getting tips from the tourists ect no ice buckets at all and i asked for towels they gave me a hand towel the elevator wasn’t working at all and will probably never work but they won’t tell you that… i called a week in advance and they failed to say about the elevator and they knew my son is autistic, they moved me to the MELIA across the street with the help with the suitcase and i paid a crackhead to help ‘me!
