event-goers. Fully stocked with essentials, child-friendly amenities,

and a cozy living room with fireplace. Enjoy the front porch, fenced

backyard with patio, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, first-floor

living, and washer/dryer. Comfortable bedrooms with ample dressers make

settling in easy. Ideal for relaxing, attending local events, or enjoying quality time together with family or friends.



Key Features:



Living Room:

Unwind with a 55-inch TV equipped with full streaming options. On cold nights

or just for a cozy feel you can put on the fireplace. In the summer it

also has a fan setting to cool you off as well.



Fully Stocked:

Kitchen: Ready for your culinary adventures, complete with a full coffee station to start your day right and a bar set for evening cocktails.



Dedicated Workspace:

A designated desk area is available for those needing to stay connected or work remotely.



Bedrooms: Two nature-inspired bedrooms designed for restful nights.



The Botanical Room: Features a comfortable king-size bed, its own TV, and a calming sage green accent wall.

The Mediterranean Room: Offers a cozy queen-size bed, TV and sound machine for a peaceful sanctuary.



With a washer and dryer located in the basement, you can just go home and unpack. No need to do wash when you get home.



If you are traveling with children, we have a highchair, booster

seat, a pack-n-play, and children's cups, plates and utensils. 



Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a moment of quiet time on the welcoming front porch or unwind on the private back patio with a fenced in yard.



Guest access

Guests

will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay.

This includes all rooms, the front porch, and the back patio.



Private Entrance: Enjoy the freedom of your own private entrance.

Parking: Convenience is key with dedicated off-street parking.

Garage: Guests will also have access to the garage.
