Manager/owner was not interested in anything but getting money from guests. I would not recommend staying at that particular Motel 6. While the entirety of the franchises are not 5 star, nor meant to be, most are a good value. King of Prussia is not.

The property was sold new owners during our stay and there was a bit of friction during change over. The staff still remained professional and helpful as they could. They were accommodating whenever possible. One disappointing issue was they went from putting out a piss poor “grab and go” breakfast bar that didn’t even include coffee to having no breakfast bar at all.

Page 2 of review for April 4, 2026. The manager called the police to have us arrested for tresspassing. My husband and I are seniors and our son who was with us is disabled. The police came to the hotel and spoke with us. We talked to them about out situation and they told us we would not be arrested.
