The only inconvenience I had was that the bathtub was for more than three days returning the water and black things something very unpleasant, that I always reported and they tried to solve it but it was never one hundred percent fixed. And also only one elevator worked.

The overall experience was very good for a Holiday Inn Express. The place is clean and location is great. The staffs are nice. The only negative thing I say is that the room is a little dated and the AC unit was a little noisy and annoying as the vents were blown directly at the direction of our bed.

Took an hour to check in Literally given the keys to an already occupied room not once but twice and was confronted by the one occupant after being given the wrong key! Exhausted by the time i got to room. Good food options close by but come back to room and get in bed...hair on mattress under blankets. Didnt sleep too well

I gave it 3 stars because the Staff were great. the general areas could have cleaner and the bed was -OLD-!! The springs were kind of shot and the rest was hard and not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a box spring.

One night stay

Clean room, couldn’t get room till late as was not clean and ready for occupancy. Very close to highway, heard lots of semi’s using Jake brakes.

This Hotel was very dated the TV's were even smart TV's my phone in the room did not even have a dial tone. There was a very small ironing board in the room. The hotel breakfast was the best thing it had.
