I had mice in my room. I kept hearing noise in the middle of the night, then I decided to stay awake and saw the mouse eating my snacks!! I was transferred to another room, but it smelled like smoke and there were stains. The TV did not work, I called the front desk to ask for assistance, the receptionist came up to check on the tv, he stated he would get maintenance, but maintenance never arrived!

We checked in for less than half an hour. There was mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall, the room reeked of cigarettes, and the main door wouldn't open at first, and then it wouldn't lock, so the door would open on the outside without needing a key card. We checked out immediately afterward. Do not be fooled by their false advertising. There is no 'mountain view' either.

Title: Disappointing Stay - Unclean Room and Poor Service** I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, which was a big disappointment. Additionally, the toilet was clogged the entire time, and despite asking for maintenance, the issue was never fully resolved. To make matters worse, the service at the front desk was poor. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff was unhelpful in addressing the issues I raised during my stay. Given the condition of the room and the lack of proper service, I’m reaching Expedia to requesting a refund. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve for future guests, as my experience did not meet the standard.

probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. Room smelled like cigarettes and had bed bugs. one of my items was left at the desk and almost withheld from me. clearly saying “long black stuffed animal” and you showing me a pillow at the desk is raunchy. if I didn’t spot it in a BOX hidden, then I would have never gotten it back. never again. Couldn’t pay to have me sleep here again.

Do not stay here. The staff members are not friendly. Furthermore, the pictures posted are a lie. There is peeling ceiling paint, dirt on the walls, rust stains in the shower and lack of cleanliness in the room overall. It also appears people live on the premises which causes you to feel unsafe with the environment
