Walked into our room an a roach ran across the counter. Was moved from a family suite to 2 separate rooms. None of us could sleep bc we were paranoid there were still roaches which was spot on bc when I got up in the morning and picked my coat up a roach ran across top of the bed. Will not stay there again.

The property was clean, fresh and appeared to be recently updated. Our room was very nice, we were quite happy with it, all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The staff here is friendly/helpful, the room was clean, cozy, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Whenever my daughter and I stop in the city to visit family, we stay here. The staff here consistently provide good service.

Our room was very clean, and our bed was so incredibly comfortable we didn’t want to get out of it in the morning. Finally I couldn’t say more about the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating not to mention very sweet people.

Need to get new breakfast they make it in the microwave eggs and the potatoes is hard not cooked and being having beans and biscuits for breakfast when they run out of breakfast gravy. No one in here speak English all speak Spanish for this hotel to be all English customers they need to do better and stop hiring Indian people and Spanish people. They do that to get over on them cause they work for less

This experience was a nightmare. From check in To check out , and everything in between. Our room was occupied by a vagrant, the new room had to be cleaned and the toilet didn’t flush, therefore another change in room, had roaches in the shower, the manager was supposed to be coming to speak to us, never showed his face, just argued that I have to get my money back from Travelocity

Hallways smelled like weed, first room smelled like cigarette smoke, we asked to change rooms, 2nd room was dirty- floors were dirty, rice in cabinet with a note from a month prior saying to contact the number on the note once the next guest found the note- basically stating hotel was not thoroughly cleaned or checked, soda pop on headboard, booger on wall, bathroom vent filled with dust, huge crack in sink, trash all over the backside of the hotel- just laying out on the grass. We asked for a refund and manager refused to give a refund even with all the evidence. Terrible experience. I have never experienced something like this in all my years of booking hotels. We ended up leaving the hotel and stayed in a much nicer hotel 10 min away because we simply could not stay there. It didn’t even meet the minimum standard of being clean in my opinion. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and polite, but we found that our initial room did not seem to have been cleaned. The room smelled, the floor was sticky, there were food wrappers shoved behind the tv stand, the shower walls had razor stubble on them and the floor looked dirty, and we found a cockroach on the wall. We were given a new room that was much cleaner and did not have any evidence of bugs, but we were right next to the elevator which squealed loudly every time the door opened and closed- which was most of the time we were there, including through the night. The included breakfast had some nice variety, but a lot of the food was either undercooked or overcooked. There were fruit and cereal options available, and these were fine. If this price point is what you can afford, this hotel is serviceable- don't go into it with high expectations. If you can afford something else, I would recommend that.

Staff seem to be bothered by just doing the basics. Hotel was not clean trash in hallways, very unsanitary. Please change your recipe for the powdered eggs. TV was lacking options for viewing. Sheets were stained.
