The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was just right. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived later and check in was easy. Parking was well lit and we entered by back entrance. I thought they were redoing the floor at first. The carpet is really ugly. It looks old and moldy, but that is just the pattern. Not sure who oked this stuff but rethink it. Room was clean but very bright due to parking lot lights. There is a shade to pull down but didn't realize it last night.

The property was close to my convention site, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the 24-hour coffee bar was a plus. The property is in need of a serious upgrade. New ice machines were being installed, but the carpeting appeared to have suffered water damage, which may have contributed to the musty odor. My room was clean, but there was no dresser or drawers of any type in the room. The most off-putting thing was the rodent or insect trap in the room. It was definitely not worth the price.

This is just a really nice hotel for us. Very clean and comfy, pleadant desk clerks, decent continental breakfast (although there were no knives), and close to things we need access to. Will definitely book again.

We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay.

I stayed 3 nights with my husband and newborn. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom had a relatively updated shower, and the microwave worked well. Unfortunately, the first room I was given was unavailable. Then the room I was switched to had a toilet that did not flush. Our room was switched again and we ended up with the only issue being the mini fridge not being cold enough. Luckily we did not have anything vital that needed refrigeration. The staff was nice and helpful, but the facilities need to be updated. Would stay again just due to great customer service.
