Room was spacious but not very clean and outlets didn't work. Bathroom had handprints on the door frames and dripping stains on the handles. Towels had curly hairs stuck in them. Air conditioner caused our family to have respiratory allergies. Windows are not soundproof, so we could hear the cars on the highway. Hallways smelled like gassy fumes. Breakfast was okay but fruits were old and mushy. Not enough tables and super sunny and hot by the windows. Only good point was that it is located near the mall and eateries.

A nice local spot to tuck-in for a night or two, make sure you ask for a room opposite the main roadway, as it is a bit noisy.

Staff was unhelpful. Room was dirty and looks like nobody ever cleaned it before we arrived. The pullout couch was lopsided and had a dip in it which made it very uncomfortable for my small children. What really upset us was that we booked this location due to the proximity of the mall and it being “advertised “ with having a crib. When check in after hours of a delayed flight I asked staff about it and they looked at me like I had 4 heads. It is clearly advertised as an amenity ! Will not return and do not recommend. The area by the buffet has people hanging out all hours of the night drinking and smells of marujuana. The lounge area is unkept and overflowing with trash. Staff is none attentive.

This hotel was a great choice and one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. It isn’t the most up to date hotel however it is very clean! The reviews all said how clean it was and did not disappoint. The manager, Pat, who was working at the front desk when I checked in was extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything about my stay was perfect! She was a high point in my day which hadn’t been the greatest until that point. She was very personable, friendly, and cheerful. She truly made my stay an outstanding one! Overall this hotel stay was filled with nothing but highlights and left me with nothing but good things to say. The breakfast as well as the woman who was tending to it (I don’t know her name) were awesome! She was very friendly and sweet and went out of her way to make sure that everyone had what they needed and was enjoying their food. She kept the area very neat and orderly and was on top of making sure the items were restocked as needed. This hotel did not disappoint and neither did the employees. It made a regular weekend stay and definite highlight and I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again.
