Nice property with great pool and beach. If you plan to stay in the property make sure you rent a car otherwise the location is challenging.

An unforgettable stay at Mareazul My stay at Mareazul was absolutely amazing. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The ocean view was stunning, and the common areas—like the pool, gardens, and private beach—were all impeccably maintained. The location is perfect: peaceful, safe, and just minutes away from everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. The staff was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing place in the Mexican Caribbean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved our stay at Mareazul Beach Resort. Wish i was still there. The apartment was extremely clean and pretty. The property was also super clean and gorgeous. A beautiful pool that slans lenth of property and ending with a private beach entrance. Property had a little store and 2 restaurants with delicious food. Hope to return!

Overall Good Stay!

Great location and very close to the beach everything is very private and just what we wanted. If you don’t have your own transportation be advised that taxis are outrageously expensive they charge you $30 to take you 5 min down the road and then charge you an additional $10 since it’s a private residential entrance and they have to check in twice just to get to your unit. One of the taxi guys said they have to provide their ID and then get their ID back once they exit and many don’t want to go through the hassle. The pool is about 2.5 feet so there is really no point in getting the condo unit with a pool because it’s like a kitty pool. The only reason I can’t give this place a 5 stars is because on Saturday and even Friday bright and early all through the day there was so much noise from the upstairs unit. I went outside to see what the noise was and they were remodeling the unit above and it was just hammering and drilling noise all day. Other than that the stay was good. I would return to the area.

To begin, the communication and attention from guest services especially Yasmin was over the top. Like staying at a 5star resort. Welcoming us and making us feel like we made the right decision from the get go. From organizing a birthday event for our youngest while we were there to arranging contacts with rental car agents, private tours to Chichen Itza and more. The rooms while other reviews mentioned they were outdated and in need of some upkeep. I can agree with some of that. I have paid much more to have much worse room condition in America so I guess for me and my family of 5, myself and four girls, it was a perfect escape from the reality that is America today and enjoy beautiful and rich cultural experiences. We felt safe the entire time. Even had a slight accident and their security and host Carlos were right there to help. As stated by our three daughters 10/10 would recommend again. Would I go back, in a heartbeat. No doubt about it. Planning our trip back already.

The property was beautiful to walk through and to just relax on the private beach area and large pool area! The restaurant on property was delicious, staff was very hospitable two thumbs up! The property was really nice, but the apartment had a terrible smell of humidity and it was overwhelming in the master bedroom. We did communicate this problem and they brought us a dehumidifier. The wall above the bed has mold or mildew and the toilet in the master bedroom kept running. The private pool is advertised as a pool but in reality is more like a water fountain that is only about a foot deep. The first pool by the the restaurant has become a birdbath and it is full of feathers and bird droppings. The staff walks by it and does nothing about it. The staff were very courteous and attentive.
