Es un departamento completamente remodelado, de dos recámaras, la principal tiene cama matrimonial; y el otro dormitorio tiene una litera matrimonial.

Música hasta las 10:00pm. Para acceder a la piscina, es estrictamente con traje de baño; cerca de la piscina NO se permiten alimentos ni bebidas solo en palapa. Es un entorno 100% familiar.
