A short walk or taxi ride will take you to the famous Quinta Avenida, where you can explore a wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can also discover local gems, with various dining options and shops within a few minutes' walk. The neighborhood's quiet streets and friendly atmosphere provide a safe and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Our home offers covered parking for two cars, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.



The famous Quinta Avenida is a short taxi ride away, offering a central hub for exploring Playa del Carmen. From there, you can easily connect to various bus routes and collectivos (shared vans) for destinations further afield, including the ADO bus terminal for travel to Cancun and other areas.



The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 45-minute drive, making arrival and departure convenient. We are also happy to assist you with arranging private transportation or airport transfers through our trusted partners, just ask!



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
