"The staff was very attentive and the room was very clean. My only complaint is the parking on site was only valet. After I used this service I noticed several parking garages that were cheaper nearby. Had I known, I would not have used the valet."

"Location, location, location. We were there to visit progressive Field, which was literally on the next corner easy walking to and from. Rooms were fine. Amenities were fine. Staff was not very friendly never smiled never said hello. Really felt like we were bothering them. But I’m there for a clean room and location."

"Check in wasn't that great. The associate could not write anything legibly, so I had to ask him the room number he wrote down, and later had to call for the WIFI password since I could not read his handwriting. At 4AM, the smoke detector started beeping. They were apologetic and gave me a free breakfast."
